Health – Tufts Health Plan:*
ARCHway pays 80% of Tufts Health Plan / Advantage HMO $2000 Gold. The health insurance plan is a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), in which currently ARCHway pays the deductible on behalf of the employees under a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA):
A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is an employer-funded arrangement that reimburses employees for medical expenses subject to the health plan’s annual medical deductible. The company will reimburse 100% of the deductible.
Dental – MetLife: *
ARCHway pays 80% of MetLife Preferred Dental. This program combines the freedom of a traditional dental plan with financial incentives to those who visit dentists contracted within their PPO network. If you do visit a MetLife in-network provider, you will receive the highest level of benefit coverage and therefore save on out-of-pocket costs.
Calendar Year Benefit Maximum for members is $2,000 per member
- Deductible: $50 per individual ($150 maximum for family) per year
- Type I Services (Diagnostic and Preventive) Covered 100%
- Type II Services (Basic Restorative) Covered 80%
- Type III Services (Major Restorative) Covered 50%
Equitable: ARCHway pays 100% of Basic Life/AD&D Insurance policy of $25,000 and Long Term Disability Insurance
403(b): ARCHway has a 403(b) plan offered through Lincoln Financial. All employees that are scheduled to work 20 hours or more are eligible to participate on their date of hire.
Earned Time is a single “pool” of paid time off and combines what is traditionally called vacation, holiday, sick and personal time. This allows employees greater flexibility and ability to manage their individual Earned Time accounts.
This includes 11 paid Holidays.
